I will be taking a bus to Singapore tomorrow (13 May, Friday) to teach in the coming SU East & West Asia (SUEWA) ON Institute.  This is a special 12-day long training and induction program for new staff in the SU Movement in our region.

We project to have about 25 participants from about 8 countries.  Please pray that our spirits, hearts and minds would be open to learn all that God wants us to learn.

The schedule at the ON Institute will be packed and there will be many sessions.  Do pray that the participants will have strength and health to cope with the intense learning experience.

Pray also for good communication and understanding among the participants and the trainers.  Language will be a challenge, because English may not be the first language for many of the participants.

Pray for the trainers as well.  We will have close to a dozen people coming in and going out at various times to teach in the ON Institute.  About 2-3 of us will be resident trainers, and I will be one of them.  Please pray that all of us will not only instruct but also inspire the new staff.

Pray for good fellowship and interactions among all the participants and trainers.  Pray that there will be good bonding, and the some mentoring may happen at the ON Institute, and that some of these relationships will continue to strengthen after the ON Institute.

Finally, I will be speaking at 4 services in a few churches in JB over the 21 & 22 May weekend.  My wife will be coming down from PJ to meet me.  Please pray for meaningful fellowship with the various congregations and effective ministry to the people.
